Fall 2009 has begun another exciting school year for the brothers of Delta Sigma Phi, Alpha Gamma chapter.

Firstly we are all very excited about the 19 new members we pledged during rush and the 8 new brothers we initiated from our spring pledge class.

This summer, five brothers attended the National Convention in St. Louis and proudly brought home awards for exemplary Membership Recruitment and Improved Recruitment. We also had two of our Brothers, Sebastian Marulanda and Kyle Thomas, attend the Leadership Institute near Indianapolis.

Our semi-annual blood drive with the American Red Cross just finished and brought in a record breaking 504 pints of blood!

We are looking forward to another great semester! Football season beings next Saturday with the Jacksonville State Game. We are excited about the chartering of the new Alpha Gamma Alumni Chapter at Homecoming. And, of course, looking forward to beating U(sic)GA at home this year!
