This year&#8217;s end was marked by a successful Spring rush- having pinned ten outstanding young gentlemen, an exciting Greek Week competition, and having been selected as a finalist for the Pyramid of Excellence award &#8211; the top recognition presented by the national fraternity. As we move on towards the Summer, we are looking forward to an exciting National Convention and a productive school semester.]]></description> <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Alpha Gamma Chapter of Delta Sigma Phi once more closed the books on another successful Spring semester. We are very excited about our new Phi Pledge Class, having pledged 20 new potential new members. Including a record large spring pledge class, participating in Greek week competitions, and held our annual philanthropy, the Red Cross Blood Drive. We also had two of our Brothers, Sebastian Marulanda and Kyle Thomas, attend the Leadership Institute near Indianapolis.</p><p>Our semi-annual blood drive with the American Red Cross just finished and brought in a record breaking 504 pints of blood!</p><p>We are looking forward to another great semester! Football season beings next Saturday with the Jacksonville State Game. We are excited about the chartering of the new Alpha Gamma Alumni Chapter at Homecoming.
